But keeping Bozak may help with the Kessel negotiations. Also, hopefully Bozak can be signed for much less than Grabovski's 5.5 million.

I can't believe they're gonna f'n buy him out! Stupid stupid decision that will come back to bite them in the ass! Grabo is all heart and he's super talented. He deserved the chance to redeem himself, which I'm sure he would have. This sucks. Nonis had better make me feel better about this tomorrow.

With the exceptions of Hank and Datsyuk, there's no one on Detroit I would rather see in a Ducks jersey over Bobby Ryan...and we know that that will never happen. I would have liked to see the Ducks use Ryan at the draft to trade into the top 5, but seeing as that never happened, I'd rather keep Ryan at a decent cap hit and try and set him up with a line a little younger and faster like Etem and Bonino. He'll still be of value next season. Anaheim beat the Stanley cup champs every game they played the this year. Why completely change the entire roster when they have just as good a chance to make a cup run next season.

I don't think we could package enough to get him without moving Tinordi, Gallagher, Pacioretty, or Emelin

Any combination of the following and I'm in:
Plekanec, DD, Eller, Bourque, Bealieu, 1sts, and any prospects not named Tinordi

I feel the same way. Who knows if half of their roster succeeds away from babcock. I would love to see dekeyser but no way that happens

I love how much chatter there is elsewhere about Briere to Buffalo but none in EK's reports. Someone, somewhere, is wrong.

I personally think he ends up with Montreal or Washington. But then, I don't have sources.
